Our Restorative Practice…
Promote Respect
Through daily practice show and give respect for everyone by listening to the opinions of others and valuing them is part of our own personal learning and development.
Promote Responsibility
Taking responsibility means owning your decisions and actions, understanding their impact, and learning from both successes and challenges. It empowers personal growth and contributes positively to communities and relationships.
Promote Positive Communication
Encourage asking questions and exploring every situation before forming an opinion or deciding an action. This encourages and develops the skills set required so individuals have the necessary skills to positively problem solve.
Promote Ownership
Every student, staff member, and volunteer's voice is valued. We encourage feedback on learning experiences and offer opportunities to contribute to decision-making and future planning for positive service-wide change.

CERA Cycloan can provide training for workers or clients in the following areas:
- Introduction to restorative practice and where can it be used?
- Practical Staff training in restorative conversation
- Reparation and community service; how restorative are they?
