Pre-owned: Karrimor 1970s/80s large nylon saddlebag with side and top zipped pockets

Description

This practical nylon saddlebag is big enough to carry a change of clothes for short trips/weekend excursions.

The zipped top pocket and side pockets are big enough to store a coat, snacks, tools etc.

Particularly suited to an Eroica or restored vintage bike the bag is also well suited to a modern bike.

Best used with a Bagman saddlebag support to prevent the bag from swinging around.

In overall good condition but showing its age with a few faded areas on the fabric.

Internal size of the main compartment  40cm wide, 20cm high, 20cm deep. Approximately 16L capacity in the main section, with two side pockets each about 1L capacity.

Note: the original straps for attaching the bag to the saddle are missing but this bag includes similar vintage nylon straps and clips which need a few minutes with a needle and thread to get them ready for use (alternatively, a pair of toeclip straps could be used).
