These pedals are ideal for any bike that is used for mixed types of riding.

They are fitted with SM-PD22 flat platforms. The flat side of the pedals allows the cyclist to use trainers or street shoes for commuting or nipping to the shops.

The SPD clip-in side is perfect for trails or road riding with SPD cycling shoes.

The plastic platforms can be removed if the user wants to use the pedals in dual-sided mode.

These pedals are also highly suitable for use on an home trainer bike.
