We cycle, we recycle bikes and parts, we reuse plastic bags, and have use paper bags since 2018. We are almost a paperless company and the paper we need to use is recycled paper.

Workstation hire…
Our customers can hire individual workstations within our workshop outside of our teaching hours. Its great to do this if you have attended one of our maintenance courses or you are confident doing your own repairs. Service and individual repair costs
When you book your bike in with us for repair, you will be updated regards the repair and on completion of the job you will receive a notification via email via our IT booking system, which will be followed up with a telephone call. To give peace of mind we are able to record all work completed on your bike for future reference which helps us track past and current work completed on your bike. On booking in your bike for repair you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.

To give your bike the best care possible, it needs to be reasonably clean before we work on it.
If it arrives covered in heavy dirt or has things like mud or dog mess on the tyres or frame, we’ll need to give it a proper clean first. This helps us keep the workshop safe, protects our tools, and makes sure we can spot any issues and repair your bike properly. Wash Cost £15.00
