Classic Italian brakes, perfect for an Eroica-type bike restoration.

These brakes are designed to be used with a racing bike frame with close tolerances – not suitable for frames with clearances for mudguards.

The cable adjusters have been lost, but replacements are available via sources such as eBay.

The calipers have good spring tension.

The steel fittings have some minor corrosion.

There are small marks on the inside of the calipers where mud on the tyres has contacted the brake arch.
